We are committed to providing quality services that satisfy our customers and stakeholders' needs and requirements by ensuring our IT services meet the agreed service level, maintain Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability/Accessibility (CIA) of our critical information, processing facilities, and services. We shall manage, protect and ensure that our IT services continue to be available during crisis. We shall endeavor to create a resilient organization that considers all business risk by establishing a risk based decision making process. Additionally, we uphold a strict anti-bribery policy to maintain integrity and ethical standards in all business dealings.

Get It Right means all deliverables comply with the planning and regulatory requirements to achieve customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

To fulfill this commitment, FGV PRODATA has implemented and maintained an Integrated Management System complying with ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), ISO/IEC 27001:2013 (ISMS), ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 (ITSMS), ISO 22301:2019 (BCMS), and ISO 37001:2016 (ABMS)

PRODATA shall ensure the following:

FGV Holdings berhad is committed to:

> Demonstrate unwavering commitment to elevated standards of governance, transparency, and accountability, fostering a culture of business integrity. Uphold anti-corruption principles outlined in the Code of Business Practice (CoBP) for the Board of Directors, encompassing the promotion of integrity, fortification of internal systems against corruption, strict adherence to applicable laws, and active support for corruption prevention initiatives.

> Demonstrate discerning when applying the principles enshrined in the Code of Ethics and Conduct (CoEC) for the Board of Directors, in any given situation, with a steadfast commitment to upholding the utmost standards of ethics.

> Encourage transparent and ethical conduct in the Group by providing avenues to disclose improper conduct through whistleblowing channels as guided by the FGV Whistleblowing Policy.

> Report any corruption and bribery via FGV's whistleblowing channel and/or to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) as in compliance with FGV Referral Policy.

> Control and Prevent illicit enrichment by monitoring individual wealth sources through the Asset/Personal Interest Declaration Policy (APID).

> Eliminate solicitations and bribery that may arise in the cause of giving and receiving gifts, entertainment and hospitality through adherence to the External Gifts, Entertainment and Hospitality Policy (GEH).

> Acting in the best interests of FGV Group, prioritizing organizational benefits over personal gain, guided by the Conflict of Interest Policy (COI).

> Manage ethically the Corporate Responsibility initiatives to eliminate corruption and bribery, following the guiding principles outlined in the Sponsorship & Donations Policy.

> Uphold the good image of integrity, transparency and accountability in all aspects of its business through efficient, productive and disciplined behavior as anticipated in the Code of Business Conduct & Ethics (CoBCE) for employees.
